Study, Control & Regulation of the Energies of the body, the 4th Limb of Yoga. Helps with quieting and stabilizing the mind & emotions, developing concentration, and understanding about the power and patterns of the breath, the diaphragm, and relaxation of the nerves.

level: level II & up, 6 months Iyengar yoga study minimum, $15 in advance / $20 day of

all levels yoga asana workshop: 10:30am - 1pm

level: experienced students, $30 in advance / $35 day of

lunch break 1 - 2pm
