All classes at the Iyengar Yoga Center are taught by experienced, dedicated, and rigorously trained Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers (CIYT). Weekly Iyengar yoga classes are designed to take you through a learning process that encompasses the full scope of the postures and breathing practices. True progress at this method requires students to spend prolonged study at each level. Iyengar yoga is for students of every age and fitness level.
