Saturday 9:30am Pranayama /Yoga Philosophy

10:30am-1pm Asana Class

1pm Lunch/ Teacher Mentoring Assignments & Quiet Practice/Study

2:30pm-3:30pm Peer Teaching

3:30-5pm Asana Class

This deep study weekend is a support for your practice and Iyengar Yoga study to provide direction, reflection, and community for practice, teaching and study. It begins Friday evening, with a quieting and nervous system balancing practice. Saturday morning is pranayama class, Yoga philosophy discussion, long asana class, lunch break followed by a tea-time meeting with assignments, quiet collective practice/study time, followed by peer teaching (practitioners will participate as students and/or teachers, and quieting asana class.

Open to all levels with at least 6 months of Iyengar Yoga class experience (only those with at least 3 years Iyengar Yoga practice will be teaching, but others are welcome to participate as students)

Timings are tentative, may go longer… bring a snack ;) IF THERE IS A SNOW STORM preventing travel, our make up date will be the following weekend…
