Women's Class: Practice for Healthy Flow

How to practice to take care during the menstrual cycle. Taking care and resting can help improve one’s hormonal balance and prevent many problems. Class will include supine poses, forward extension series, and poses to invert the heart and head without inverting the uterus. 10am- 12:30pm Minimum 6 months Iyengar Yoga experience. Attend in person or online, or by recording.

Students do not need to be menstruating to attend, its fine to come for a restorative class as well…
