The class size is LIMITED. If you register in time to be one of the class members you will be sent a link to meeting and password. If not, you will be first in line for the next class that you are able to attend. Thank you so much for your support.

You must download the App Zoom before class.

Be sure you have a place prepared for your practice and yoga props nearby.

• Make sure your mat and body fit into the screen of your phone, IPAD or Laptop.

• All audio during class is to be muted.

• Please join the class at least 5-10 minutes before start time so we can chat before hand. That way you can tell me about any injuries/conditions prior to class.
