Levels 3-4 Exploring Iyengar Yoga Theory in Practice
Intermediate/Advanced: basic requirements: Students of 5 years minimum Iyengar Yoga Study with an established, self-directed daily Iyengar Yoga practice, including 10 minute inversions with variations, pranayama practice, ability to push up to Urdhva Dhanurasana unassisted… 2 hrs.
Tuesday 5:30pm - 7:30pm ET: Levels II- IV 12 classes/ $275 April 9- June 25
