Learn practical approaches and skillful actions in practice of asana (posture) that will help develop both stability and flexibility in the shoulders, release tension in the neck and upper back muscles, and cultivate spaciousness in the chest and ribcage.
This is a two part workshop. The first workshop includes primary actions in supported supine, prone, and standing postures. The second installment is happening March 18 and includes inverted postures & backbends and assumes that students attended the first class.
