Jennifer's teacher, Manouso Manos, visits Michigan for his annual workshop at the Ann Arbor YMCA on November 11 - 13th, 2016.

Workshop Information: All workshops are for students with 2 or more years of recent Iyengar yoga study. Friday PM is a workshop for less experienced students but no new beginners please. Sunday AM workshop is pranayama and asana.

Location: All workshops will take place at the Ann Arbor Y at 400 W. Washington Ann Arbor, MI. 48103

Registration: All registration is through Yoga Focus not the Y. Registration is not open yet.
