a workshop especially for women
Learn how yoga practice is ideal for maintaining balance and health and developing a tranquil mind amid the stresses and strain of daily life and duties and the body's cycles and stages of life.
Participants will be led through a sequence that promotes balance and nourishment for the endocrine (hormonal) system, mental and emotional balance and stability, and pelvic health with modifications made for individual's needs.
Modifying practice and postures for one's present circumstances, cycle of life, monthly cycle, and present symptoms will be discussed and experienced.
Women of all ages are encouraged to attend. Men are permitted to attend as well as the sequence will promote pelvic health and alignment of the lower back, pelvis and hips for all.
Practice questions and concerns are welcomed (especially in advance.)
