Free & Open to all yoga students.

We are currently working with B.K.S. Iyengar's Light on Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.  Bring the book if you have it (it's not required, there are handouts). We are chanting the sanskrit sutras and learning the English translation from this version.

If you would like to stay for the Intermediate Iyengar Yoga class directly following you must have instructor's permission first.
